That's me!
My baby is almost 3 and I officially am 30 pounds heavier than when I gave birth to her. Not cool.
Partially to blame, I believe, is this Mirena that I had implanted a year ago. I've gained 40 pounds since last year. Craziness.
So, I'm starting the South Beach Diet. I think my body is just so out of whack that it needs to be reset. So, I'm going to try this out - and I'm praying hard that I can have the self control to stick with this.
Everyone needs goals. So, let's set some up!
Week 1 - NO CHEATING! Lose 5 pounds
Week 2 - NO CHEATING! Lose 2-3 pounds
By the time I turn (gasp!) 28 (in 10 weeks, what?!)- Lose 25 pounds.
Wow - those are some lofty goals.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
